    hi, i like your view cause i was in the department of measuring or knowing how much electricity is being utilized in the major govt. offices. i think and belive, electricity is also playing very important role in global warming. i used to tell the officers or employees about less and efficient utilisation of resources and electricity equipment. they agreed too and the bill of the whole uilding also reduced by 2%. i feel proud about that for myself.
