I'm a professional piercer and had my own studio in the French Quarter of New Orleans for over 12 years (Rings of Desire). I closed after Hurricane Katrina and relocated to the Yucatan in Mexico. I've written the first reference book dedicated entirely to the subject of body piercing. I'm happily married and have 6 dogs, a cat, and a pet ferruginous pygmy owl!
