As a practicing Buddhist I am interested in ways to promote mental and physical health. There is a little know reality that there is a male biological clock and new mutations can and do accumulate in the DNA of sperm making cells as men age. For the health, mental/physical of your children and future generations it is much better to father all babies by 33 and to cryobank sperm in your mid 20s to 30 for any later fathering of babies. Doing this will prevent age related infertility and a large host of ills for your descendants. The paternal age effect has been a discovery of mine and I want to share it with anyone who might be interested. Cancers, autoimmune disorders, autism and schizophrenia, even Huntington's chorea can occur de novo from mutated sperm makings cells and sperm DNA of older dads.
