I’m a digital alchemist with a strong streak of Dada sensibility and overtones of conceptual playfulness mixed with Aztalan color theory and outsider sagaciousness. I’ve been exhibiting art since 1998 in galleries from New York to Maui to Japan. In 2003 her work, “Stop” was included in the catalog of the “Violence Against Women”, Group 78 Amnesty International show, Tokyo, Japan. I’m an artist member of Asylum Gallery in Sacramento, CA. Actor, playwright, director… I’m the founding artistic director of Beyond the Proscenium Productions where I’ve directed many original works and regional premieres. In addition to theatre work in Northern California, my film credits include George B (Sundance Film Festival), the Gypsy House and Anna’s Cross (both in post-production) and Capital Women which premieres in October 2007. I was the first female voice on the air at KTLK, Denver in 1977 as an overnight radio news announcer. This first job in radio news led to a ten-year career as a broadcast journalist in the Denver, Milwaukee, San Jose and Sacramento markets.
