My name is Ayo Olaniyan, I live in North West London, is married and we have an amazing son.

I work for a telecommunications/utilities firm, but over time I developed a strong urge to make a difference and this led to the field of coaching and personal development.

This blog was set up to help individuals discover their purpose.

My approach is non-judgmental and it involves:

Knowing where you are: This is making a summary of your current situation, your present circumstance, success, failures, highs, lows and frustrations.

Being Realistic: Taking a cautious and practical view of your goals, ambitions and desires.

Relationships: This involves helping you establish open and positive relationships with family, spouses, friends and colleagues.

Dealing with events of the past: Understanding the role past events play in distorting our perception of what’s going on around us

My training, personal experience, interaction with various people provides a strong foundation for my approach to coaching and mentoring.
