I just lost my Grandfather to cancer. He was in his late seventies and lived a long life but your article really does make you question the lifestyle your living and what things you could be doing differently. Confronting the very real possibility that this could be you or me is a bit scary but that's the point. Great website and great article, I will be back.

Aside from the great design tips I also enjoyed your comments within the post Myspace Layout Design under the section: Don't hide stuff you're not supposed to hide. We all know myspace isn't hurting for money but the reality is that ads are what keeps social networks free. I don't think anyone likes ads but it is necessary for website owners like myself to make an attempt at making a living. Keep up the great work. Ryan Kazinec

Great post, you've got me interested in stevia. I wish beverage companies would start using it in diet sodas that way I wouldn't have worry about my health like I do with the aspartame they add to it. Very interesting.
