I am Lionel (this is my nick name). I am a food engineering who worked several year in the diet and healthy food business like resource and development manager. My responsibility was providing the good quality and taste to our customers (like everyone who are eating these meals and live his or her healthy life).
After some year I started to hate myself. I got a “good” depressing feeling because I realized my work is a lie. I have given lie to our customers and myself. I realized I have made lot of rubbish meals which not help anybody, or maybe help but there was a risk that they will eat something dangerous or not that healthy.
