In a previous life (before becoming a Mom), I was in medical sales, taught aerobics (isn't that what all ex-cheerleaders do?) and did personal training for many years. Now I'm Mom to my teenage daughter, , wife to the love of my life, volunteering, serving on a couple of boards, and whatever else anyone asks me to do that I can never say "No" to!
