Cassandra Today is boot camp day and my arms, lats and abs are still a bit sore from two days ago when another trainer and I did some exercises I couldn't even begin to try to name. Trainers make the best workout partners. So creative in our masochism.

Cassandra a bunch of Brian's Christmas presents got delivered today as he was home sick. Thanks a lot to Target for not packing the popcorn popper so he got that one early. Way to go. Positive note: yay, air popped popcorn for life!
