I am passionate about helping others (and myself) become happy and successful human beings.

I've been a business partner with Chef Jim Connolly, CEO of CEO Chef, Inc. for years, and was the first non-chef trainer to achieve a senior training position with CEO Chef, Inc.

Cooking, Bikram Yoga, singing in EarReverence (4-part accapella vocal eclectic music ensemble) and working on and in CEO Chef are my passions.

I was recently elected president of my church, the Unitarian Universalist Community of Lake County (http://www.uuclc.org). I'm excited and humbled to have the opportunity to be at the helm of a group of people focused on making a difference to ourselves and to our world.
