I am a scientist with a love of fiction, crime fiction and music, and sports. I am 49 years old. I play guitar as a hobbyist and have two boys, 12 and 14, who play piano and guitar, respectively. My wife was trained as an artist and now teaches Tai Chi Chuan. My older son plays high school soccer. I used to run, play tennis and swim (from childhood, though not very well), but the injuries are piling up and the miles are no longer accumulating.
