Hi Karin, I appreciate the courage you convey on your blog and I find your journal inspiring. Thank you for your positive comments about my knit hats. On reading your profile, I discovered that, along with mixed media and collage, we share other interests. I have been meditating and doing yoga for many years, and share some of your awareness concerning diet, the environment, and the need for a more conscious approach to the worlds ills.
