Growing up with low self esteem, I always felt the need to 'develop' myself and was always searching for the experience - the answer - to feel fulfilled. It was just about 5 years ago that I realized I was looking in the wrong place; I needed to look within. What I've learned then was the key to truly transforming my life and being happy no matter what. Now I enjoy empowering others through a step-by-step self coaching process to master their emotions and truly create their dream lives.
