I am a 30yo rancher from MN. I write a blog for the new search engine company chacha.com, as well as a personal blog about the ranch. My health blog focuses on how to fit healthy living into your lifestyle, with focus on everything from mental health issues to fitness and nutrition for everyone, and I mean everyone. Right now we are discussing issues that affect mental health, mainly dealing with grief, PTSD, and Mental Health Medicine.
The ranch blog will talk about everything that is included in the life of a horse rancher in MN.
