Voted as Noise Top 20 Local Designer in 2006, this top student from Raffles Design Institute’s Visual Communication & Graphic Design has thrilled many with her charming and intricate jewellery designs for mobile phones.

Delcie’s unmistakeable artistic talents were quickly noticed and she quickly became an art director in Doyle Dane and Bernbach (DDB) Singapore.

Her passion for confectionary artistry was ignited when she won a cake mixer from a lucky draw. Always a consummate artist and professional, Delcie became obsessed with baking after she experimented with flour. Now, Delcie uses baking techniques as her paint brush as she creates fine works of art in this confectionary medium.

As a testament to her great skill, Delcie has previously won the first prize in Prima Deli’s Horoscope Cake Competition in 2005 and her pastries were sold in all Prima Deli’s retail outlets.
