I’m a creative gal living and working in Dallas, Texas. I’m also the mother of one very brilliant male child (naturally, I’m biased); an owner of five dear cats, or is it that they own me?; a cultivator of gardens (see Voltaire’s Candide); a procrastinator; an on and off nail biter, currently off; an avid film fan; and a sometimes chef.

I’m a corporate American during the week, more accurately a marketing propagandist. On weekends, I’m any number of things, including an adjunct professor. I have a Master of Humanities in Literature and have instructed college freshmen in the art of writing. Before I acquired a Master of Arts degree (with a specialty in literature), I snared a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from a local Texas university.
