After 20 plus years in San Francisco, I'm transitioning from graphic design to. . .farming! About three years ago, we bought 40 acres of land. Since our initial reaction of "What the f*ck did we do?" we've been developing increasingly abitious plans for it. We're talking organic orchards, vineyards and gardens, as well as goats, chickens and horses. Pretty good for two people who've never been able to keep a houseplant alive, and who've never had a yard or a lawn mower in 23 years of home owning. Can you say Green Acres?
