I'm a semi-retired consultant/trainer devoted to helping people in organizations bloom where they're planted.

I was a journalist and later entered federal service and was appauled and what I saw going on. In self-dfense, I began to study human behavior in organizations and eventually was able to change my job to my new specialty.

I learned the hard way. I want to make it easier for folks suffering in bureacracy and finding out how to make the organization work for them while they work for it.
