Hello Elmer I have been to your living in hk blog, really like it. can't agree more regarding the over-lit situation here in hkg. I am into health and well being. Our bodies generates melatonin at night while we sleep and too much light reduces the generation of malatonin which could affect health. anyway, not sure if you are interested.
