After growing up in Oklahoma, I took off for the big city. I spent years traveling around the country and was just starting to see the world beyond the borders. Four years and two college degrees later, I decided to give up my life on the move and settle down in Kansas. But I miss the days when I could fit all my belongings in a duffle bag to be ready for the next big adventure. Yellow Brick Road Trip is my way of seeing the best and strangest America's heartland has to offer and continuing to live my wandering ways.
