Oh that $10 post is pure genius. You had me scratching my head for a bit there. (Now you can say that you're not self-proclaimed)

New moms will definitely enjoy this blog! I dunno if you need 97 ways to make a baby laugh though. My niece laughs with the same thing over and over again :D

I'm scared to read your blog. I can feel you breathing down my neck, "come on, 10 more, you can do it!" But now I know what CREPITUS is and I'm convinced to do all the lunging and squatting to keep these knees from popping!

  • Basil & Spice

Basil is my favourite herb. And how can one live without spice? I can't believe the kids eat wood though, hahahah. Great blog!

This is more of a personal journey than a health blog but Adi is definitely worth following to see his adventures in becoming a Doctor. Hope he posts more soon ... nothing for 2008 yet.

It's evil to put up a picture of an Italian sub like that! Thanks for the daily little tips and the heads up on the Art of Possibility. Should go get the book.

I loved your post on how water itself can heal and help with constipation. For some people I know though, they have what the chinese traditional medicine practicioners like to call a "lazy intestine" and no amount of water helps. Thanks for sharing!

I applaud you for being a cancer warrior/survivor. My own dad passed away from cancer and I think its up to use to inform ourselves and not just trust doctors because let's face it, they don't know that much about it either.

  • Healthy Moms Blog

Great content, a bit dizzying with all the little logos and links but otherwise a worthy resource for young parents.
