My name is Ella from New Washington Aklan Philippines. I work full time as a Virtual Assistant and at the same time a wife and a mom to my beautiful daughter Mikee.

I have worked in the call center industry for the past 3 years. Started as a customer service representative for a credit card company in the United States. Managed to move up the ladder to a Senior Asst. Operations Manager.

But when I fell in love with my baby, I decided to give up the career world and focus my attention as a stay home mom and put up my own online business. I never regret what I did. Now, I work whenever and wherever! All I need is a laptop and a reliable broadband connection!

Let me share some “weird things” about me:

* I love nagaraya. I eat it with rice!

* I sleep with my feet swaying.

* I don’t eat vegetables

* I’m scared of roaches and spiders!

Okay, okay, go ahead and laugh a bit. Not many people would understand me but hey that’s the real me. Nothing more nothing less.

As a virtual assistant, I work real hard, and dedicated to always giving good customer experience. I am open to feedback to. I accept criticism positively. My skills include: data entry (typing speed of 4050 wpm with 90% accuracy, proficiency in MS Office Applications, excellent communication skills both oral and written.
