I'm an environmentally minded recycle crafter, living on an island in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I'm writing about my rural life and living green in a colorful world.
I'm also the founder of FatBottomBags.com - a plastic bag recycling program. With the help of 20 contributing families, we have kept over 4000 plastic bags out of the wastestream!
I am an organic gardener, recycle crafter, volunteer responder for Whatcom Marine Mammal Network, orca watcher, backyard birder & a pitbull companion and lover
I believe when we all do our small part we can change the big picture!
