I was born in Senegal (West Africa) where I opened an art and craft gallery in 2001. After running the gallery for 4 years, I joined Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design of London where I graduated in Ceramic Design in 2008. Today I design ceramic pieces inspired by African patterns and textures. This blog is a testimony of my love and appreciation of African Art and Craft. It intends to reach out for all pattern and texture enthusiasts and Contemporary Black Design aficionados.
