This year I have lived in Boston, Bahamas, Miami Beach and now I have landed in San Antonio! I appreciate all the natural beauty and simple pleasures of life and have learned to enjoy each new day. It is important to enjoy each moment because life is short and you may not reach the ultimate destination you want but if you enjoy the road there sometimes the journey is even better than the destination! My main goal in life is to improve the quality of life of others - through inspiration, guidance, fitness, nutrition - any way I possibly can.
