I am a 39 year old wife and mother of 5 children. My husband is my best friend and the joy of my life. I have had a passion for health and nutrition for 14 years. I love to research foods, herbs, and natural remedies. I want to be an encourager to people who need a hand to hold and a friend to confer with when pursuing nutritious eating and living. I love to see folks in poor health become awakened to the truth about the foods and herbs that Our Heavenly Father has provided for health and healing...and then see them break free from the lies permeated in our society about the foods we consume.
