Born in County Durham (UK) in 1972 and took up photography when I was ten years old. Using a simple 126 film format camera, I photographed places visited on holiday with my family like London and North Wales. In 1991, I went to study Film, TV and Photography at Cleveland college of art which eventually led me onto studying photography to HND and BA(Hons)Degree levels. Richard Flint Photography was established in 2001 with the aim of providing creative photography for businesses and private individuals using a combination of modern Photoshop/digital imaging technology and traditional transparency/negative film formats. I love digital image making and i love film too, so i use both!! It all depends on the job. More background details about me and my photography can be found in the blog/journal.
