Jard and Roberta DeVille pastored three churches. He taught psychology and chaired the psychology departments at Olivet and Westminster Colleges, and was director of the Child Conservation Center in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He was also manager of Engineering Research, Methods and Training for the 8,000 worker UniRoyal Corporation manufacturing facility at Joliet, Illinois, vp of manufacturing for Deardean Tool Corporation and Leadership Psychology Professor in the Executive Development Program for the University of Arizona at Tucson. Jard is considered by many educational experts to be the worlds foremost leadership psychology author. According to psychology chairman Dugal Arbuckle of Boston University, Jard combines technical and human skills better than anyone Arbuckles known since Albert Einstein. He is one of the true innovators in the research and teaching of human satisfaction. Roberta Howard DeVille spent her career teaching many topics in the public schools of Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Shes always been a superb instructor and speaker, was responsible for the Minneapolis American Cancer societys financial drive, and official board chairperson or congregational president for her church. She is still a Minnesota official for her denomination plus a first class gospel singer.
