During a 15 year tenure with the international consulting firm Accenture, I established and led their Global Process Excellence Practice. In 2001, I left the management consulting world to write my first book, 24/7 Innovation (McGraw-Hill), which has been featured in Newsweek, Investors Business Daily and the New York Times. My new book, Goal-Free Living (Wiley) became the #1 Amazon.com Business Motivation bestseller, was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, and was the cover story in O, The Oprah Magazine.
