I am a tea and purified water enthusiast and I drink a lot of specialty tea and purified water. I believe that quality tea and purified water, combined with a healthy diet and exercise will improve the chances of a long, healthy life.
In addition, 8 glasses of purified (not tap. spring or any other contaminated water) will create a healthy lifestyle.
I love art and have a Masters in Humanity in addition to a J.D. degree.
