Hi, my name is Haiyan, I am 39, from Shanghai, China. I went to the army nursing school when I was 16 in China. Had 17 years nursing experience in the army hospital in Shanghai China. Now living in Edinburgh UK. I married an English man(very nice and handsome guy) 4 years ago, have two sons. I am Happy and Healthy. My continuing education has led me in the direction of "Nutrtion And Health Science", a overall wellness approach to a healthy lifestyle. As a well-balance diet is crucial for bodily functions, which I'd been constantly searching for, and I want to share with you as well as the health related knowledge I obtained through my career.
