I'm the first Hari ng Negros (King of Negros Island) and I hail from Canlaon City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. If not busy on the farm, look for me drag racing from La Castellana to La Carlota. Our family farm is located on the lower slopes of Mt. Kanlaon. Kanlaon is a volcano and the highest peak in central Philippines. The farm is mainly vegetables and rice. On my spare time I trek the volcano looking for rocks for my collection. Perhaps more than anywhere else in the Philippines you can see more stars at night in Canlaon City (because of the elevation and lack of city lights). This is what got me into stargazing. Dad bought me a telescope when I was younger and ever since then I cannot take my eyes off the heavens at night. Thanks for visiting. Leave a comment if you can.
