Vivienne Diane Neal is the founder of One World Singles which was launched on February 6, 2006. She is not new to the singles' market and has been bringing singles together since 1986 through her printed and online publication called HMCS Romance International.
She received her degree in Home Economics in 1979 from New York University. For over 16 years, she was a consultant to several home care agencies, training their home care workers in nutrition, meal planning and home management.
Now semi-retired, she keeps busy managing her dating and romance sites and her online stores. Vivienne also writes articles on dating, romance and relationships topics under the pen name of Miss Know It All on her One World Singles Blog and some of her articles have appeared on several Ezines.
