iLunchBox founder Beth Ann Bentley is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration with a concentration in Food & Beverage. Beth Ann has worked as an executive manager in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years before devoting her time to raising a family. As a wife and a mother of four children ages 3-9, Beth Ann is passionate about the health of children. The love of good food, coupled with her love of her family, directed her towards developing healthier meal options, especially for lunch and snack time. With iLunchBox Beth Ann is able to devote herself to the pursuit of helping parents provide healthier options that still taste great and fit into the household budget and time constraints of a busy family.
