Ever since I remember, I was interested in video games. It all started with my friend's Nintendo NES and legendary Contra, which we kept playing over and over again. Followed by short and almost unimportant period spent with Commodore 64, I finally discovered the PC. At first I had to go to my mother's work when her colleagues left to get my hands on one, because i386 PC was something that an average Czech family could not afford. It was there where I played the games I can never forget like Wolfenstein3D, Doom, SimCity2000, DukeNukem3D and many others, quickly becoming a truly dedicated gamer. In 1996 I finally got my very own PC - Pentium 166 MMX so I could fully enjoy what I now consider the golden PC gaming era. MDK, Blood, Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Carmageddon and other jewels of gaming history deepened my dedication for PC games to a point of no escape. Many things have change since those times, but my passion for gaming remains.
