I am a holistic health practitioner and teacher who operates a small grassroots wellness facilitiy, called Seeds for Change Wellness. As a practitioner, I do energy healing work to help clients who are looking to facilitate changes in their lives. As a teacher, I hold numerous classes and workshops on topics related to health, wellness, spirituality and the environment.
In addition, I publish two monthly newsletters a general one for our website and a specific one for Reiki practitioners, that can be found at www.seedsforchangewellness.com
So basically I am brand new to the blogging world and decided to start with a blog that LISTs things...mostly healthy things that we should know, want to know, or could really benefit from knowing.
My husband, Scott, holds the real job in the family, which means, his check pays the bills so I can do my thing. He works with me on the side covering the organics piece of our program as well energy clearing of homes and properties.
Our foucs is on helping to educate and empower ourselves and others so we can live in a better world.
