My path has led me to find what I truly enjoy. My true passion is to lead through coaching and mentoring. Molding sales professionals from the clay of their own attributes is an art form I am continually trying to perfect. I believe in coaching, not managing. A manager reacts to problems as they arise while a coach builds a plan, trains to that plan, and retools the development of his team to define success. Sales strategy is an evolving part of society. Every day the manner in which people respond to stimuli is changing. Old practices continually have to give way to new principles and personalities. The paradigm must always adapt to the masses.
