We’re just like you. Sick and tired of trying diets that don’t work. Between the two of us we’ve probably lost and gained hundreds of pounds, and spent thousands of dollars on diet pills, meal replacement shakes and supplements.

So we’ve created this site to gather information from real experts. People who know the secrets to lasting weight loss, and are willing to share it.

Kate is a 32 year-old mother of three. She works as a substitute teacher, as well as full-time conflict resolution specialist for her twins. She and her husband trade weight back and forth, and right now it is her turn to carry it. Kate’s favorite food is potatoes of any kind made any way, and she uses online diet research as a tool to her keep her from snacking.

Stephanie (Steph to those in the know) has been engaged for three years and has yet to plan a thing for the wedding. She’s 28 and works as a researcher for a nonprofit organization. Steph has lost over 40 pounds in the last 5 years, and is working hard to keep it off. She enjoys swimming at the YMCA and drinking wine right afterward.
