What Matters is YOU have something to say and you SAY it WELL! Engaging blog I must say! You mentioned Ragnarok somewhere. I don't like that online game because my son has been addicted to it. My blood boils to the point of hypertension every time I catch him playing. Sorry I could not help mentioning it. :-( But Cheers!

The Philippines where I come from is predominantly a Catholic country. I am not proud to admit that I am not a practicing Catholic because I don't go to church to hear mass, do not take communion (how can I if I don't go to mass, right?). My last confession was years ago. My friend an Opus Dei convinced me to get that confession. Nothing came of it however, I remained a sinner :-( Seriously though, I hope that not being able to perform the Catholic rituals do not automatically equate me to being a totally bad person. Intellectually stimulating blog you got. Thanks for sharing and Cheers always!

Talk about American politics, and I as a Filipino, have some issues with American foreign policy, these being: * Military aid usually come in the form of old, almost junk military hardware and equipment with strings such as spare parts, repair and maintenance, attached. * Almost always have a say on how we run our country (supporting or propping up candidates to support American agenda.) * As trade partners, our country always seem to get the shorter end of the bargain. Apart from these verifiable observations, I must say I still like Americans as a people. I like how they make fun of themselves especially on TV. :-) It is just that as a global political observer, I am disappointed at how the U.S. dispenses its foreign policies particularly to 3rd world countries like ours. Activists have been mouthing these very same observations back when I was in the university. That was more than 30 years ago. It seems nothing has changed. Fact is hundreds of Filipinos line up everyday at the American embassy to 'beg' for a U.S. Visa. Other than that, majority of our youth are so enamored with anything Stateside. (made in America). I guess nothing wrong with that. But how about learning to love our own first. I can only hope. Cheers!

MInd Body Spirit And Fluttering Thoughts
Friday October 5th, 2007 at 10:38 | Rating: 5 | Report
Hi, I agree completely with your views on mind, body and spirit. Additionally, I think we are the sum total of our experiences-- past(immediate), past perfect(our past life if you believe in reincarnation or karma), present(today) and present perfect(I think this is our final destination. I think it's like language and syntax. If there is no agreement, it will never be right. I don't know if I am making sense. But it is just my simplistic explanation of things happening in our lives. Thanks for the visit to my blog. Cheers always!

Hi there, I am a firm believer of alternative healing. Ever since I became ill in 2002, I have been taking extra virgin coconut and olive oil. Coconut oil I drink, and olive oil dripping on my salads. At this time, I am taking bio chlorella as my detox supplement. I realize there are soooo many people who are willing to share information on wellness products and services. If only for that I wish to thank you. Cheers!
