My husband (Louis) and I both run this website on women's fitness. I am originally from Curitiba, Brazil, and he is from Virginia. My passion is Brazilian fashion. As a personal trainer, his love is fitness. Together we blend the two to help women look their very best and sexiest. Louis has a M.S. in Physical Education from Old Dominion University and is a certified personal trainer with the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).
