My work is on the strong side, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I also write my poems as if every syllable, consonant, verb, and phoneme counts. For me, art is something that moves the body, is "unexampled in its feeling". In other words, strong. There is much to hate or be left feeling a little too uncomfortable with in good art, but I do recognize the position of power from which it ventures forth. And I respect it. Reverently.
