I have been fascinated by my father in-law, Doc G and his Personality Style Theory for some time. In a nutshell, there are 12 Styles and your Personality is inherited from your parents. It's the Essential Urge that determines what you really are. I have found his theory is spot-on and the blog and site are just an extension of conversations that we have had about celebrities and life. I use his Style Theory in my everyday life. It works and I can help my kids and my friends by showing them to recognize the 12 Styles and manage the expectations that we have of them.
