A well written blog about real estate. Most of it is about the Pasadena CA market but there is good stuff there for anyone. There is general real estate information, posts that Realtors would find interest in, as well as information about the financial markets that apply to real estate. Doug ads a touch of humor which I love. I would have rated it higher if it wasn't so much about one specific market.
