I am the co-founder of The Perfect Storm Team along with Beverly Kitchen. Beverly and I have spent countless hours talking about what is wrong with traditional online network marketing and what is right with it as well. One of the things we agreed upon from the very beginning was that too many people try to buy themselves a business. I have lost count of the number of times Beverly has said. "Lock your credit card in a vault." She is absolutely right since spending $400 per month to make $40 is a consumer mentality and it is a major reason people fail at online network marketing. You're going to have to adopt a marketer mentality in order to be successful as an online marketer. Trust me on this one since my hard drive is full of about $10,000 worth of useless and outdated ebooks that were the solution to why I wasn't making any money online. My focus as one of The Perfect Storm Team leaders is teaching new people how to use social media for traffic generation. I teach new marketers how to use blogging, social networking, social bookmarking, and micro-blogging as a team to capitalize of free traffic from the search engines without having to learn search engine optimization which is entirely too complicated for the average new online marketer to understand.

I am also on the Advisory Board for HelloHello.net. Prior to co-founding The Perfect Storm Team I served in the United States Army for 21 years and retired as a First Sergeant. I followed that with being a Police Officer, Firearms Instructor, Patrol Rifle Instructor, Active Shooter Response Instructor, Chief Deputy Sheriff, and I just recently retired from being a Volunteer Firefighter.
