I'm a 30-something single woman on a fantastic life journey. My path is about healing - emotionally, physically - and growing - spiritually, intellectually, experientially. I'm self-aware, mindful and curious; always exploring, learning, changing, and pushing limits. I'm a non-sectarian Buddhist who believes in the truth and wisdom of the Buddha's original teachings. I live with stress-related chronic pain and fatigue and am involved in the fledgling CFS/ME Awareness Blue Ribbon Campaign. I'm creative - I write and do an expanding number of crafts. I also love to read, web surf, take walks, swim and do yoga. I am a generally happy, silly person who loves to encourage and play with others, but I also have a deep/dark/damaged side, that only comes out with the closest of friends and my sarcastic sense of humour.
