After a successful, decade long career in mortgage banking, Phyllis Harb, a California native entered the real estate profession in 1989. Delighted to leave the number crunching behind and enter a more people oriented side of the real estate business; Phyllis immediately began earning production awards. Offering 20 years combined real estate and mortgage-banking experience, Phyllis Harb is ranked among the top 5% of Realtors nationally. In addition to her e-Pro and S.R.E.S. designations, Phyllis is an approved course instructor for the Dept. of Real Estate and is licensed to teach continuing education courses to her peers in the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking fields.
