Useful information here and just a sense of support for women. It made me start to look at myself in new ways...in terms of being a "business woman". Being a writer I hadn't really looked at what I do in this light. Yes, writing is creative, but it is also one of the ways I make a living. Thank you for that. :)

This is a fascinating blog. You may be one of the first on BC to blog about this topic. Having lived with much wild life at various times of my life, I find inter-species communication a thrilling experience. From my time in the rainforest, when I was younger, I know it to be the most fundamental and immediate forms of communication. It is instantaneous. It was once a very active part of who we humans are. It's still in us, but we have lost touch, not only with other species, but with ourselves. Great job.

These are some of the best African bush stories I've read. You can tell they are told by someone who has lived closed to the land and wildlife. Some I just could not stop reading.

I love this blog. It reflects someone who is wide open to life and knows how to fully live, no matter what is going on her life. She is vibrantly alive and inspiring. Just beautiful, pithy and rich. I felt like I'd known her all my life. Good to meet a kindred spirit.

If you love pottery, art and history of both, you will love this beautiful site. Much to learn here, and very well done. I like this line from the post: Sumarian Design. "Art is a visual language; universally understood and conveyed to invoke expression and personal thoughts." May we ALL always be allowed to speak the free language of art. Good job.

This woman is very unique and highly intelligent, and what I love about her is that she isn't afraid to express and even live her uniqueness. She is a refreshing burst of individuality in a world that is geared toward conformity. I applaud her for this because she encourages me to be likewise. Claire is a brave and spirited lady, more so than she may even realize. She has my highest respect.
