I volunteer with the Spay Austin Coalition here in Texas promoting spay/neuter as the most effective long-term solution to pet over-population and I donate the 10% I make from sales of Spay Austin products. And if you don't think your city has a problem with pet over-population, ask how many adoptable animals were killed at your city pound.
