If my friends were to describe me in just one word it would be compassionate.
I’m an activist for human right, animal rights and the environment. I am employed by an international aid and development agency and love the work that I do.
I love coffee shops and book stores (especially coffee shops in book stores).
The outdoor activities I like are bushwalking, camping, biking, the beach, picnics, festivals, concerts and outdoor movies.
My favourite foods are Thai and Indian but will try anything so long as I can have it cooked vegetarian. My cooking skills are way above average and I love cooking for my friends and dates.
I have a strong sense of humour and I’m quick witted.
I'm very confident and comfortable with who I am and what I believe in.
I think that trying new things is what keeps life interesting so I'm not looking for my carbon copy. Many of those things that I like most in life were introduced to me by women I've dated. Yes, you can teach this old dog new tricks!
Being romantic is having fun. So is kissing; especially passionate kisses.
I often listen to New Age, Classical, Jazz, Blues and World music. I’m very open to listening to other types of music as well.
I'm and avid reader of non-fiction mostly sociology, psychology, philosophy and science. When I read fiction I like to read classics.
I love watching independent and foreign films. You would have an easier time getting me to watch a chick flick than an action movie. I do like movies to have a good story. If a movie makes me cry it’s got to have a happy ending. I also like to watch erotic films if I’m with the right woman.
I'm not really into sports all that much unless you count skinny dipping in the outback as a sport. ;-)
