Not technically a member of the Baby Boom (missed it by 3 months), I can’t help thinking about the masses of humanity about to join the ranks of “seasoned” citizens. Having spent most of my adult life avoiding anything that resembled “what others were doing, thinking, etc.” I seem to have landed in a place where the actions of a group fascinate me. Life, or perhaps experience, has a funny way of pointing us in new directions when we least expect it. It’s been said the aging Boomer generation will continue “to do their own thing,” defying any attempt to categorize their behavior, goals, etc. I’m still trying to figure out what those behaviors and goals look like and how they will impact the rest of society.
